As the Feds unveil the Private-Public Sector Toxic Asset Purchase Program, www.SingleREOs.com and its sister platform, www.VerifiedREO.com is strategically positioned as a marketplace of choice for government agencies, institutions and investors.

We have successfully completed the massive undertaking of creating the much-needed  complex and intuitive Asset Disposition Platform,  scalable across both public and private sectors.

Now that the technology aspect is done, we are enlisting the services of qualified and experienced professionals in the fields of Real Estate, Asset Management, PR and marketing.

We are currently offering volunteer positions. These positions are designed to allow selected individuals to exercise their skills and experience. Successful participants that bring quantifiable contribution to our organization may be rewarded with well paying, permanent positions. While working as a volunteer you may also qualify for a monthly stipend.

Available Positions: 

• Volunteer Positions:
  Asset Managers (nationwide): Must have institutional experience managing asset portfolios of whole loans- performing & non-performing.
  
  
  
• Real Estate Brokers & Agents:
  Join our team and take advantage of our advertising power and our online traffic. Our in-house agents will be assigned zip codes for which they will be responsible for all in-coming buyer and seller inquiries. Non-California brokers and agents will be required to sign a co-op agreement.
  
  If you're a California agent or a broker and you don't wish to align your license with our corporation at this time, not to worry, you can still participate in our revolutionary program. You can list and manage all your REO listings on our platform while enjoying our nifty tools, our TV and Internet exposure for your listings at no cost to you.
  
  
  
• Nationwide Business Development, PR & Marketing Specialists:
  One of the key elements necessary for the advancement of our program is market penetration. We need highly skilled professionals that can develop and nurture relationships with banking and institutional asset managers, government agencies and private sector investors and sellers of distressed assets.
  These positions are volunteer positions.
