There is a 3% transaction fee for bulk REO portfolio purchases, payable by buyers at the close of each transaction.

Currently, there are no fees to sell your properties on SingleREOs.com.

We do not require an exclusive listing agreement in order to sell through us.

If we sell your property as an individual asset, we will share fees with your listing agent, if you already had one.

You may use our AVM system for your BPO services for a nominal fee. Results returned in minutes.

You decide if you want to make your properties available as a bulk offering or not. You may also toggle between bulk sales and individual sales or both at the same time.

Our system will automatically update your properties by inputting room counts, bath counts, pictures where available and street view where available.

Our system will automatically update the asking price and/or status should a property be sold through other channels outside our network.

Your company's asset manager will be given full admin access to import, modify or delete properties 24/7.

Live property imports can be done in hundreds or thousands at a time.
